Founded in 2020 in Munich, Relevo was built on the idea that reuse should be effortless—digital, seamless, and free of deposits. Its founders set out to design a system that works for both guests and gastronomy: simple QR-scans instead of paperwork, and high-quality containers that make single-use obsolete.
From the very beginning, Relevo’s focus has been on creating a solution that integrates into everyday operations without friction. Restaurants, cafés, and canteens can plug it in immediately, while enterprises, campuses, and events benefit from tailored integrations.
By 2024, Relevo had scaled to over 2,500 partner locations and more than 300,000 active users across Europe, with return rates of around 95%. That same year, the Duni Group—a global foodservice packaging leader—acquired a majority stake in the company, giving Relevo the resources to accelerate international expansion.
Today, Relevo continues to grow as a trusted reuse partner, combining digital convenience with sustainable impact. Its system is already active in Germany, Austria, and beyond, with new markets like Sweden opening up through the Duni partnership. The mission remains clear: to make reuse the smarter, easier, and default choice for food and beverage packaging.
