Data Collection on Our Website
When you access our website, the browser automatically transmits information to the Wix and Strato servers. These are temporarily stored in so-called server log files. The following data may be collected:

Hosting:
Our website is operated using the Wix.com Ltd. platform (40 Namal Tel Aviv St., Tel Aviv, Israel).
Wix stores data on servers within the EU and Israel. Data transfers to Israel are based on an EU adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR).
Domain management is handled by Strato AG (Otto-Ostrowski-Str. 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany), which acts as a data processor within the EU.

Zoho Survey Integration:
The contact form on our website is operated through Zoho Survey, a service of Zoho Corporation B.V. (Hoogoorddreef 15, 1101 BA Amsterdam, Netherlands).
Zoho acts as our data processor in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. Data are stored on servers located within the EU.

Newsletter Subscription
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect and store your email address.
The subscription process is based on your explicit consent (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR).
We use Wix Email Marketing and Zoho Campaigns to manage and send newsletters.
Both providers process data on our behalf under a Data Processing Agreement (Art. 28 GDPR).
You can revoke your consent at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any newsletter or by contacting us directly.
Your data will then be deleted from the mailing list immediately.
Data Retention and Deletion
We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes stated in this policy, or as required by law.
When the data are no longer required, they will be deleted in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR.
