Which containers can the ReturnCube take back?

The ReturnCube is suitable for all standard reusable containers made of plastic. This includes, for example, to-go cups, boxes and other reusable packaging. The size does not matter, as our take-back module has been designed so that even pizza packaging can be taken back.

How long does it take for the container to be successfully returned?

The return takes just a few seconds. Our own image recognition system recognises the container immediately and registers the return efficiently and contactlessly.

Does the container have to be in good condition to be returned?

Yes, the container should be returned in a clean and undamaged condition to ensure the return process. However, light residues or leftover food are not a problem.

Is the ReturnCube easy to use?

Absolutely! The ReturnCube has been designed to be user-friendly. Simple and intuitive operation ensures that your customers can easily return their containers.

How long does the assembly take?

Our vending machines are supplied pre-configured at the factory. They simply need to be connected to the power supply and linked to an internet connection. As soon as this is done, the vending machines can be put into operation immediately.

Can the ReturnCube be used with any reusable system?

The ReturnCube is flexible and can be used with most returnable systems. However, if your returnable system does not yet offer integration with us, we offer rapid technical support.
